How to Open a PDF
Learn how to open PDF files in DraftPDF using drag and drop or the file picker.
DraftPDF loads PDF files directly in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server. There are two ways to open a file.
Using drag and drop
- Drag a PDF file from your file manager or desktop.
- Drop it anywhere on the DraftPDF editor window.
- The file opens immediately in the viewer.
Using the file picker
- Click the Open button in the top toolbar.
- Select a PDF file from your computer.
- The file opens in the editor.
Tip:DraftPDF processes everything locally. Your file never leaves your device.
