Strikethrough

Create, edit, and delete strikethrough annotations in DraftPDF.

Strikethrough annotations mark text for removal or revision by drawing a line through the selected text.

Create

  1. Select the Strikethrough tool from the annotation toolbar.
  2. Drag across the text you want to strike through.
  3. Release to create the annotation.

Edit

Select the annotation to open the right-side properties panel. The General section is shared across annotations and lets you review or change common metadata such as Author, Subject, Page, Rect, Print, Locked, Created, and Modified. The Metadata section shows the full annotation object and lets you copy it.

The Strikethrough properties panel includes Appearance controls for Stroke and Opacity, plus a Geometry readout for the text regions it covers.

Delete

  1. Select the annotation on the page.
  2. Click Delete at the bottom of the right-side properties panel.
  3. The annotation is removed from the current document immediately.
